Clients may configure entertainment in any musical combination that makes rhythmic sense.
Up to five performers total per event. Mix solo acts, duos, trios, quartets, or full five-piece bands.
Any combination is allowed — guitar, singer, percussion; piano and drums; horn player with full band.
Blend live musicians with DJ energy. Share the spotlight between a live band and a DJ at the same event.
Combine live band performance with DJ sets in one seamless event. The best of both worlds.
DJ-only events are fully allowed. One DJ counts as one performer slot within your five-performer limit.
Entertainment time may be shared between band and DJ. Band up to 2 hours, DJ up to 2 hours.
Sound coverage remains up to 4 hours total — regardless of band, DJ, or hybrid configuration.
Simple, clear rules so every event runs smoothly. No surprises — just professional execution.
Once the band begins performing, the event clock starts. Setup and sound check do not count toward your 4-hour coverage window.
Performance pauses for speeches, announcements, toasts, or dinner service do not stop the clock. The 4-hour window continues running.
Additional time beyond the included 4 hours of sound coverage may result in overtime charges. Discuss extended coverage needs when booking.
